Astoria, Oregon coffee shop owner Sam Buck lost her battle with Starbucks over the name “Sambuck’s,” which the coffee giant claimed was trademark infringement. A judge ruled in favor of Starbucks, ordering Buck to change the name of her shop. While Buck won’t have to pay Starbucks’ legal fees, she has until the end of the month to decide whether to appeal the decision.
