The Egyptian Intellectual Property Authority (EGIPA) has issued Decision No. 26 of 2025, officially doubling the patent examination fee from EGP 25,000 to EGP 50,000. The revised fee came into effect on June 18, 2025, following publication in the Official Gazette.
